Pricing, Products and Services
Descriptions of products or prices for our products or services are subject to change without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, or geographic region and we may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order you place with us. We may cancel orders at any time if any information on this website is incorrect or inaccurate. If we cancel your order for any reason we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, address or phone number provided at the time of ordering. Correct information must be provided by you, such as email address and delivery address, so we can contact you in relation to completing your order.
Occasionally our website may have information that contains errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating, and not limited to, any of our product descriptions, prices, postage costs and delivery times, offers and promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions or to update any information without prior notice. Orders may be cancelled at any time if any information on this website is incorrect or inaccurate.
If we find an error in any detail on your order we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel your order.
No part of this website represents a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Once you make an order, this is a contractual offer and our acceptance of that offer occurs when we send out an impression kit to you, or confirm your order via email.
Payment must be made in full when placing an order.
Payment may be made via PayPal or bank transfer.
Gift codes may be redeemed to pay for a complete order, or may be used towards to an order where the remainder is paid by the user via PayPal or bank transfer.
Gift codes will usually be valid for 7 months, after which time they will be deactivated.
A lot of time and care is taken when preparing your order, so that a return should not be necessary.
Personalised items cannot be returned once made and delivered. Exceptions to this are:
• Product delivered is not the product ordered.
• Where any personalisation appears differently to that specified on the order or any correspondence from you, for example incorrectly spelt name.
• The product is faulty.
Please check your product on receipt for any signs of damage or fault. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will do whatever possible to resolve your problem.
Unfortunately, any mistake on your (the customer’s) behalf cannot be returned so please double check all information submitted on your order, especially spellings and prints before returning. Ensure you are happy with prints you have taken before returning. Whilst some ‘cleaning up’ of smudged handprints, footprints or paw prints can be made, we can not alter the formation of the print. Fingerprint moulds should be carefully inspected as these cannot be altered or improved in any way. If you cannot see detail on your mould, you will not see detail on your finished charm. Refunds cannot be given for disappointment of print quality. By returning your moulds you are approving them for use. If you are not happy and wish for a further impression kit to be delivered, a £4 charge will be made. For requests of further moulding compound to be sent at a later time in those cases where the fingerprint detail is not sufficient at the time of ordering (due to young age of child), you may request another delivery of the compound at a later date, where that date is no longer than one year, and no sooner than four months from the original order. Requests must be made within two weeks of receiving your first impression kit, and kits sent out within this time frame will be done so free of charge. If your returned moulds are deemed by us to be unusable we will ask you to take them again. There will be a £4 charge for this. Please read our FAQ section regarding results that can be expected from very young children.
It is advised any returns are sent via recorded delivery and receipt of postage is maintained until confirmation of delivery is received. Until then, goods remain the responsibility of the customer. Love Print Unique cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Any purchase made which has no personalised element, for example a bracelet or necklace chain bought with no personalised charm, can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the return cost.
Orders can be cancelled prior to impression kits being despatched and you will be refunded in full.
Where cancellations are made once an impression kit has been despatched, a refund will be made minus £6 to cover materials and postage.
Unfortunately once work has begun on an order no refund can be made due to the bespoke nature of our products.
Failure to return prints within 12 weeks from ordering may result in your order being cancelled and without refund. Please contact us if you are experiencing any problems causing a delay in you being able to return your prints within this time.
Quality and Care
Our aim is to provide jewellery made to a high standard.
Handcrafted products such as ours means that no two pieces will be exactly the same. This is important to bear in mind if ordering the same product twice, or if ordering a replacement. Minor imperfections are the nature of handcrafted products.
All measurements given are approximate and for guidance only.
99.9% fine silver is a relatively soft precious metal and needs to be handled with special care to keep it safe and looking its best. Precious metal will mark if knocked against a hard surface. Charms worn on a bracelet, keyring, or mobile phone / bag lanyard, or more than one charm worn at once are more likely to be subjected to knocks and therefore more likely to show signs of wear and tear sooner. Scratches and dents can occur and detail can fade. Chain links can break if subjected to force. Remove jewellery when swimming, in the bath or shower, exercising, sleeping, applying sprays or perfume, or performing manual tasks. If you wish to wear a charm daily, whilst reducing the chance of damage or signs of wear and tear, a single charm on a necklace is the best option. Please consider these points when choosing your products.
Finished products from orders totalling £50 or over will be sent free of charge via Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service. A signature is required on delivery. Deliveries will be made next day by 1pm, Monday to Friday.
Products from orders totalling under £50 will be incur a £3.50 postage fee, and will be sent via a Royal Mail 1st class service.
Impression kits will be sent via standard Royal Mail 1st class post and will include return standard 1st class postage for your prints if required.
Any quoted delivery or manufacturing times begin from the time at which we receive your returned prints. We strive to complete your order within these times, but they are a guide and we are not liable for any compensation if these times are not met. Delivery is currently only available to U.K. addresses.
If we are prevented from or delayed in carrying out production or services under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, government actions, fire, flood, inclement weather, war or national emergency, strikes, epidemic, or delays with postal carriers or an inability or delay in obtaining necessary materials, then our obligations to fulfil contractual agreements will be postponed for the period of time that the circumstances continue.
User Comments and Submissions
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove uploaded material that we find to be unlawful, offensive, hateful or threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, deceiving, or otherwise objectionable or infringe any copyright. Material you upload will not contain any computer virus or malware. Any material that has been uploaded to the website or sent to us via any medium by a user will be considered non-confidential, and the user will be consenting to us copying or using the content for any purpose. We will not be responsible or liable to any third party for the content or accuracy of any material uploaded by users. We are not obliged to pay compensation, or to respond to any comments. Comments you make must be genuine and supplied with a correct email address.
Any material from a user on this website may be removed by us.
In no case shall Love Print Unique be liable for any direct or indirect injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost savings, replacement costs or special or exemplary damages arising from your using (including any information within) this website, of any of the products, impression kits or services from us. We can not be held responsible for any damage to personal property from any of the components of the print making materials, in particular the inkless wipes, which we advise are kept away from all materials and disposed of carefully.
This website contains links to other websites which are not under out control. They do not suggest endorsement of the websites or any information within them. We are not responsible for any content of these websites and are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from their use.
Love Print Unique accepts no liability for any disruption to the availability of this website at any time.
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of its use is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

When you sign up for our newsletter we collect your email address and name and store it in a database at your email service provider Mailchimp. We may collect personal usage data including how often you open and read our emails to help us make sure our newsletters are relevant. Each email you receive will include a link allowing you to opt out of future correspondence. We only use this data to send you our newsletter via email, we will not subscribe you to there email lists or share your information. Subscription to our newsletter requires a ‘double opt in’ which meets the new GDPR standard of consent.
How we use your personal data:
We will only use your personal data when legally permitted. The most common uses of your personal data are:

Love Print Unique do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties, except for the purposes of delivery of products.
We do not collect or process your credit or debit card details. These are collected and processed by our payment processing service provider PayPal. Alternatively you may pay by bank transfer.
Your use of the website and any disclosure of personal information via the website or by email conveys your consent to us collecting, storing and using personal information about you. You may contact us at any time to review the information you have given, and update if required. When you make a purchase through this website you will need to provide contact information such as your name, email address and postal address. A record is kept of this information. Any email correspondence is also kept to record any order information details submitted by you incase a dispute should arise regarding an order, and to track any other problems.
Love Print Unique may use your email address to let you know about offers and news from us.
Since the internet is not 100% secure, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the security of any information you send us or we send you via this medium. We are not responsible for any damages which you, or others, may suffer as a result of a breech of confidentiality of information.
All users must be over the age of 18. If you are disclosing the personal information of another person, you must first obtain that person’s permission for you to disclose that information, and for us to process and store that information as specified above.
